It’s in the jars

We have adapted our school schedule somewhat. I have activities and assignments planned out for each week, but to make it more interesting I have printed off their activities and assignments and cut them out. I folded the little bits of paper and put them in 3 jars or cups. The boys have their own jars with their assignments specific to them and there is a joint cup with the activities that are done together. During the school day they pick a piece of paper out of their jar and do it. The not knowing what could come next makes school more fun and interesting for the boys.

  1. What a great idea! I think I’m going to throw this at my two little guys and see how it excites them. Love your blog.
