We are using Dr. Sears’ L.E.A.N. Kids: A Total Health Program for PE this school year. Part of this involves promoting a good attitude toward life. I had my boys run around for 20-30 minutes while they took turns listing something for which they were thankful. They ended up with over 100 different things on their list.
