Europe map work

As we study various countries in Europe we have also been learning about where countries are located in Europe. Besides having fun with the game 10 Days in Europe we learn about the geography of Europe with a Europe Framed Continent Puzzle. My boys have probably put together the Europe puzzle about ten times since we started out study of Europe last school year. They also visited iknowthat.com and took turns doing the Europe puzzle there. Learning the names and locations of various countries is an important skill that I wish my children to learn, but I don’t want it to be a rote memorization task. The games and puzzles make learning geography easy and fun.
