My 5 year old is enjoying blogging. Today he created a blog post when he had some free time. He chose what to write about and he decided to write about our study of Ukraine. I am writing what he wrote here with the interpretation in parenthesis:

(I’m learning Ukrainian. I’m learning Ukrainian sounds in Canada. And I like Ukrainian and love Ukrainian.)
I’m using a whole language approach to writing with my 5 year old. He asked me how to spell some words while writing this, but I told him to try his best. After that I saw him saying the word and trying to figure out what letters he should write.
