Have any leftover crayons sitting around? Last school year I melted some crayon bits in the microwave and we placed the melted crayons in a star mold we purchased from Ikea.
Once the crayon mixture hardened we popped them out of the mold and drew with them. The crayon stars were a bit crumbly, but still usable.
